Top 10 Pain Releasers

This is a one-day introduction to Energy Kinesiology course. If you’re looking to tipsy toe into the world of Energy Kinesiology, then this is the right course for you!

 Learn 10 techniques to help you release physical and emotional pain patterns in your body. By the end of class, you will know how to muscle test (both yourself and others), you will have balance techniques for quick pain relief, increased energy, and nausea relief; and you will have a deeper understanding of how your body works and how to support it.

Touch for health

Touch For Health (TFH) is the foundational course of all Energy Kinesiology. There are 4 Levels of TFH, and each level spans over 2 days. If you’re looking to have a solid foundation in Energy Kinesiology, then TFH is where you should start. 

When you go through all 4 levels, you learn to muscle test 42 different muscles, complete goal balances, understand nutritional support, release overly tight muscle patterns impacting your posture, activate your brain for better focus, and more!

By the end of level 4, you will be able to offer numerous balance supports to your friends and family. You’ll understand how your body’s energy/electrical patterns work. You’ll also be qualified to attend most any advanced Energy Kinesiology training!

In all 4 levels you learn how to muscle test 42 muscles, release physical pain patterns, chronic and acute pain release techniques, past/present/future emotional stress release techniques, understand what foods are causing a sensitivity response, how to increase your energy, and so much more!

SIPS (Stress indicator point system)

SIPS uses acupressure points and muscle testing to determine what specific stress an individual is experiencing and help them move the stress out efficiently. SIPS allows energy pathways to reset and removes the resistance to the body’s innate healing processes. 

SIPS is an advanced modality and levels 1-4 of Touch For Health are prerequisites for attending the classes.

  • No! My favorite part about Energy Kinesiology trainings is that they were designed for everyone. Touch For Health and Top 10 Pain Releasers do not have prerequisites, though SIPS does. Check out the schedule to learn more!

  • Yes! All of my classes can be taken online. Check out the course schedule to get registered for a class so you can learn how to achieve your ideal life!

  • Yes! Touch For Health offers 15 CEU’s per level, and top 10 Pain Releasers offers 7 for the class. Massage therapists, nurses, acupuncturists, and personal trainers are who we can currently offer CEU's for.

  • Every individual is unique, and each stress component has multiple layers, so it can be challenging to give you an exact amount of balances. However, on average I work with clients for 6 balances. The rhythm is typically one balance weekly for 2 weeks, then every other week for 2 balances, and then once a month for 2 balances.

  • Great question. I operate on a sliding scale. You choose what works within your budget between $50-$150 for each balance. You can go up or down the scale at anytime, no questions asked.
